Packing data before dispatch

Package count, dimensions, gross weight, stackability and cargo type determine the vehicle and handling. Incomplete data can cause rebooking or additional costs.

EXW means responsibility starts early

Under EXW, the buyer assumes many obligations at the factory. Loading, the supplier’s export capability and document provision must be carefully coordinated in practice.

From inland transport to export

Depending on the main transport, goods move to a consolidation warehouse, CFS, port, airport or rail terminal. Cut-offs and booking references are included in pickup planning.

PRICING & PROCESS

Transport charges: how they are calculated

International freight rates change with route, departure, capacity, fuel and currency. The main transport is therefore quoted at the current daily rate rather than presented as a permanently valid fixed price.
