How a China–Germany quote is built
International freight and China origin work are quoted for the actual route, cargo and shipping date. A complete quotation separates the following blocks:

Quotation rules
- Net prices; VAT is shown separately where applicable.
- Customs duty and import VAT are pass-through charges, not service revenue.
- Validity, currency, exchange-rate basis and free time are stated explicitly.
- Waiting time, demurrage/detention, inspections and storage caused by delays are separate unless included.
- Transit times are planning values, not guarantees.
