3. Website access and server logs
When this website is accessed, technically necessary data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, data volume, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and requesting provider.
The purpose is secure, stable and error-free delivery of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted when no longer required, and no later than seven days unless longer retention is required to investigate a security incident.
4. Contact
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, company, contact details, enquiry and communication content.
Processing is carried out to handle your enquiry, initiate a contract and communicate with you. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication.
5. B2B freight and project data
For freight, warehousing, customs and delivery projects, we process business contact details, cargo and product data, pickup and delivery addresses, quotation and contract data, documents and communications. Processing serves quotation preparation, performance and billing under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; statutory retention obligations may additionally apply under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
6. Quote configurator
The quote configurator currently processes entries and selected files only within the visible browser session. It does not transmit, store or send the enquiry to China Fracht. For an operational enquiry, please contact info@chinasend.de directly. The policy will be updated before an online submission service is activated.
7. Cookies, analytics and external media
The current website does not use analytics cookies, advertising tracking or automatically loaded third-party media. Technically necessary storage may be used only where required for website operation. If additional analytics, marketing or third-party services are introduced, this policy will be updated in advance and consent obtained where required.
8. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Personal and project data may be disclosed to hosting and IT providers, tax and legal advisers, carriers, warehouses, inspection bodies, customs agents and project partners where required for operation, contract performance, legal duties or legitimate business interests.
For China–Germany logistics projects, project-related data may need to be transferred to warehouses, suppliers, inspection providers or logistics partners outside the European Union. Transfers are limited to what is required for the project and use an appropriate legal basis and, where required, contractual safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as required for its purpose. Contractual and accounting records are generally retained for six to ten years in accordance with commercial and tax-law obligations. Communication data is deleted when its purpose ceases and no statutory duty requires continued retention.
10. Your rights
