We check agreed criteria rather than vague expectations: quantity, visible damage, packaging condition, dimensions or label position. This makes results traceable.

Quality, compliance and laboratory testing are different tasks

Operational quality control is not CE certification, legal advice or laboratory analysis. Product conformity and statutory obligations require a separate assessment and remain the responsibility of the relevant economic operator.

Resolve discrepancies before shipment

If agreed checks reveal discrepancies, you receive documentation for discussions with the supplier. Corrections or re-inspections require approval.
